Exhibition: Roland H. Bainton, A Yale Divinity School Treasure

The current exhibit, curated by Martha Smalley, resides in the rotunda area and Day Missions Room. It focuses on Roland H. Bainton, a 1917 YDS graduate who taught at the Divinity School from 1920 to 1962 and was a legendary presence on campus until his death in 1984. He was a prolific author, talented artist, and famed raconteur - a “legend on a bike.”
